Profile

As a member of our Marketing Team, you will work with subject matter experts to ensure our client communications, FAQs and other client resources are accurate, easy to understand and consistent in voice and tone.

Responsibilities

Understand and improve the client experience by creating clear, concise and accurate client communications

Write, edit and/or distribute client communications on topics such as account management, client support and operational procedures.

Partner with product, design, client support, sales and other teams to research and write technical, marketing, client support, education or business support documents and serve as an editorial resource for the firm.

Conduct content audits and perform gap analyses. Create and maintain editorial calendars, style guides, taxonomies, metadata frameworks and content migration plans, as needed.

Qualifications

Outstanding editing and writing skills with experience in financial services and/or professional services.

5 years’ experience in business communications, with an emphasis on client support communications.

Strong critical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage demanding deadlines and conflicting requests.

High degree of presence, credibility and confidence in working with senior colleagues.

Quickly delivers high quality, tangible results.

Highly intelligent with the ability to absorb added information in real-time while addressing a wide range of complex business issues.

An exacting eye for detail.

Experience defining and implementing voice and tone guidelines, style guides and writing processes that improve both content quality and client experience.

Strong client service orientation with networking skills to build an internal client base.

Education

BA/BS in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems or equivalent experience.

Masters’ degree and/or FINRA qualifications a plus.
