RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Performs quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) of personally identifiable information (PII) and biographical information (BIO) documents prior to submission via HITS.
B. Submits PII and BIO documents in the HITS application for review and processing by DS/OPO/Contract.
C. Coordinates with DS/OPO/Contract to ensure the accurate and timely processing and review of HITS PII and BIO documents.
D. Facilitates personnel pre-deployment by responding to recruitment needs, ensuring candidates meet BIO requirements, and communicating current BIO status, as appropriate.
E. Updates records in HITS as appropriate, to include affiliation records, clearance records, training records, letters of authorization (LOAs), common access cards (CACs), PII updates, and update event records.
F. Undergo periodic mandatory cyber security awareness training. Such training will be provided by the Client.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Must be a US Citizen
B. Must possess either:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of experience performing administrative, data entry, QA/QC, records management, and information systems duties.
An Associate's degree from an accredited institution and 4 years of experience performing administrative, data entry, QA/QC, records management, and information systems duties.
A high school diploma and 6 years of experience performing administrative, data entry, QA/QC, records management, and information systems duties.
C. Obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance as required by the task order.
Preferred: DoS MRPT security clearance or higher required; must have been adjudicated within the last 12 months.
D. Obtain and maintain an active Department OpenNet account, and remote access account and token.
E. Undergo initial account setup and initial mandatory cyber security awareness training at DS/OPO/Contract headquarters.
F. Obtain and maintain access to and competence with the DS HITS application, with an appropriate HITS user role, to include mandatory initial training with DS/OPO/Contract, and periodic refresher training as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, however, some extended or weekend hours may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
